MO House Bill 807

Have you heard of Missouri House Bill 807?  Among other things, it calls for pregnant women “at risk for seeking an abortion” to be entered into a central state registry.

“Maintain a central registry of each expectant mother who is at risk for seeking an abortion of her unborn child and make the same available to a prospective adoptive parent who has completed screenings as provided in subdivision (2) of this subsection” - HB 807 - 207.102 - 3 - (1)
